Privacy policy
Revyon TMS is a Transportation Management System. To run your operation we have to store some data. This page explains exactly what, where, and why — in plain English.
Last updated · May 15, 2026
This policy covers anyone who uses revyontms.com or the Revyon TMS web application (the “Service”), whether you're an account owner, a dispatcher, a driver invited to a fleet, or a visitor browsing the marketing pages.
Revyon TMS is operated by the team behind the Service. References to “we”, “us”, and “Revyon” below refer to that team.
Account data — your email, name, role, organization, password hash, and the timestamps of when you sign in or change your account.
Operational data you enter — drivers, vehicles, trailers, loads, customers, brokers, vendors, documents you upload, IFTA trip and fuel entries, compliance dates, and pay records. This is the data the Service exists to help you manage.
Technical data — your IP address, browser, and basic request logs, kept for security and debugging.
We don't buy personal data from third parties, and we don't collect data through hidden trackers or third-party advertising pixels.
We do not sell your data. We do not rent it. We do not share it with advertisers.
Revyon TMS is hosted on cloud infrastructure in the United States. A few trusted subprocessors handle specific pieces of the workload:
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Postgres database, authentication, file storage | US |
| Vercel | Application hosting, edge runtime | US |
| Resend | Transactional email delivery | US |
| Upstash | Rate-limiting and caching | US |
Each subprocessor handles only the data it needs to perform its function. We don't ship your customer or load data to anyone outside this list.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Passwords are hashed (never stored in plain text). Row-Level Security is enforced in the database — your organization's data is logically isolated from every other organization on the Service.
Sensitive fields like SSN/Tax ID and banking routing numbers are additionally encrypted at the application layer using a key separate from the database.
No system is perfectly secure. If we ever discover a breach affecting your data, we'll notify you promptly and provide details of what was affected and what we're doing about it.
We keep your operational data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we retain your data for 30 days in case you want to reactivate, then permanently delete it. You can request immediate deletion sooner — email support@revyontms.com.
Some records (billing, tax) we're legally required to keep for longer; those are retained as required and not used for any other purpose.
You can access, export, or delete your data at any time. The application includes CSV exports for most data types; for anything else, email support@revyontms.com and we'll handle it.
If you're a resident of California, the EU, or any jurisdiction that grants additional privacy rights (correction, portability, objection, etc.), those rights apply here too. Same email address.
Revyon TMS is a business tool. It is not directed at children under 16 and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.
If we make material changes, we'll update the “last updated” date above and notify account owners by email. The most current version always lives at this URL.
Privacy questions, deletion requests, breach reports, lawful access requests — all the same address:
