Terms of service
These are the rules of the road for using the Service. Plain language where possible, legal precision where required. By creating an account or using Revyon TMS, you agree to what's on this page.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (and the organization you represent) and the team operating Revyon TMS (“Revyon”, “we”, “us”).
By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you're using Revyon TMS on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that company.
You agree not to:
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, usually after one warning, immediately if the conduct is severe.
Everything you put into Revyon TMS — your drivers, loads, customers, documents, IFTA records — belongs to you. We don't claim any ownership of it.
You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data, but only so we can operate the Service for you. We don't use it to train models, sell to advertisers, or share with anyone outside the subprocessors listed in our Privacy Policy.
You can export your data as CSV at any time. If you close your account, you have 30 days to pull anything you need before we permanently delete it.
Pricing and the current trial terms are listed on the pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
You can cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — we don't prorate partial months.
Refunds are handled per our refund policy. If you think you were charged incorrectly, email support@revyontms.com within 30 days and we'll sort it out.
We're actively improving Revyon TMS. Features may be added, changed, or retired. For material changes that remove functionality you depend on, we'll give you advance notice by email.
Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled downtime happen occasionally. We aim for high availability but don't promise a specific uptime percentage outside an enterprise SLA, if any.
Revyon TMS depends on third-party providers (database, hosting, email delivery, etc.) listed in our Privacy Policy. We choose reputable vendors, but we're not responsible for their downtime or actions outside our control.
Likewise, if you integrate Revyon TMS with a third-party tool (ELDs, factoring, accounting), that integration is governed by the third party's terms, not ours.
Read this part carefully.
Revyon TMS is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties — express or implied — about merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
The Service is a tool to help you operate your fleet. It is not a substitute for professional advice. Compliance decisions, tax filings, DOT submissions, and dispatch judgment calls remain your responsibility.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data.
These limits apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.
You can close your account any time. We can suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if your use poses a risk to other users or the Service, or if required by law.
On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (data ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Revyon is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
We'll post changes here and update the “last updated” date. For material changes, we'll notify account owners by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that constitutes acceptance.
